Q: If you could try a different job for a day, what would you choose?

A: I’d like to be President, if Trump can do it so can I.

Q: What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?

A: Patience and perseverance will make you very successful.

Q: What is your mantra?

A: There’s always someone smarter than you, so you need to work harder.

Q: How do you get yourself out of a slump?

A: I don’t slump. I know if I keep working hard good things will keep happening.

Q: What companies or leaders do you admire?

A: I admire Greg Case, he is as impressive of a leader as I have ever met or worked for. I also admire Hubert Joly and Best Buy, he’s taking on Amazon and winning.

Q: What has been the biggest shift you’ve noticed in your industry in the last decade?

A: Social Media and digital marketing have replaced cold calling.

Q: Who has been most instrumental in your career?

A: My wife, she makes me want to be successful.

Q: I know you are a Shark Tank fan. If you could do a deal and work with one of the Sharks, which one would you choose?

A: Kevin O’Leary, he tells it like it is and has a reasonable analytical viewpoint. Also, “Mr. Wonderful” harkens the days of my love of WWE wrestling, it’s a great nickname.

Q: What is your go-to celebration meal, drink or tradition?

A: It’s hard to beat a bone-in rib-eye and a glass of pinot noir.
